If you register or are registered as a merchant for the purpose of using Leadremit's merchant services, your access and use of those specific services shall be additionally governed by the applicable Merchant Service Agreement. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Terms and the Merchant Service Agreement, the provisions of the Merchant Service Agreement shall take precedence with respect to the merchant services. Your continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of any amendments or updates to these Terms, which may be made by Leadremit from time to time at its sole discretion.

Governing Language
These Terms, as well as all related documentation and communications between you and Leadremit, shall be conducted and interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
You may only access or use the Services if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract with Leadremit, and you are not otherwise prohibited from doing so under applicable laws and regulations. By accessing the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Sub-Merchant Restrictions
Sub-Merchants Requiring Pre-Approval Leadremit does not enter into agreements with merchants or sub-merchants in the following categories unless part of a pre-approved, broad-based program with a recognized partner. Activities requiring prior approval include:
- Age-restricted products/services
- Marketplaces with high international card sales
- Crowd-sourced fundraising (excluding certain categories)
- Online pharmacies
- Money transfer services
- Payment facilitators (unless licensed)
- Gambling or betting services
- Investment or brokerage platforms, including crypto
- Lending or "Buy Now, Pay Later" services
- Insurance services
- Digital wallets, NFTs, or prepaid card companies
- Travel and tourism-related services
- Resale of prepaid phone cards/SIM cards
- Governmental or diplomatic agencies
- Shipping forwarders or drop shippers
- Cannabis or CBD/THC products
- Tobacco or vape products
- Lotteries or internet gambling
- Cryptocurrency-related businesses
Prohibited Sub-Merchants
Leadremit will not engage with merchants or sub-merchants involved in:
- Deceptive, unfair, or illegal activities
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Unauthorized sale of brand-name goods
- Use of cards for dishonoured checks or scrip-dispensing
- Adult content or services (including MCCs 5967, 7273, 7841)
- Activities involving violence, abuse, or exploitation
- Drug paraphernalia or firearms
- Investment scams or "get rich quick" schemes
- MLM or negative option billing
- Pseudo-pharmaceuticals or occult services
- Quasi-cash or stored value abuse
- Unlicensed currency exchanges
- Unlawful or hate-related activity
- Pornography or adult entertainment
- Bail bonds or bankruptcy representation
- Gambling or prize contests
- Auction sites requiring entry fees
- Use of our platform for card-present transactions
- Any activities violating applicable law or card brand rules
Leadremit may update this list at its sole discretion at any time.
Changes to Terms of Use
Leadremit reserves the right to revise these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected on this page and will apply prospectively. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, which may include email notifications or service alerts. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
General Provisions
